Responsibilities for the Process Engineer
Responsible for molding and assembly of all prototypes
Work with Tool Shop and Robotics Teams to develop equipment, fixtures, annd gages needed for Prototype development of the production system
Prepare reports on material processing, tooling problems, assembly problems
Implement and compile processing check sheets per TS16949 on all molding equipment
Improve manufacturing processes of new products
